We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. 

To start a return, include your order number in the email subject line. After we have received your request, we will reach out to notify you that your return request has been granted. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective or damaged products)

Damages and issues
If your item arrives damaged or defective and you would like a refund or replacement, please contact us at Beautyproductscompanyde@gmail.com within 35 days of the purchase date and include your order number in the email subject line, photo documentation of any reported damage or defect, and we’ll take care of the rest.
